AddressDesign and Build are working with an established Developer-Builder who are seeking a Project Manager to join the team. Working across Commercial and Mix-use residential projects across NSW. They are looking for someone who is driven and passionate with key Class 2 experience
Roles and Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
- Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
- Involvement in the tendering process and writing of construction program
- Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
- High-level planning, budgeting and forecasting, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
- Drive the project so that is delivered in scope of contractual constraints – Budget, Time, Environmental, quality and safety
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Direct input for design changes and construction methodologies
- Client relations management with key stakeholders to ensure transparency with clear and open communication
- Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in the property and construction industry
- Recent class 2 expereince is mandatory
- Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or Construction
- Experience managing commercial projects from $20-$50m
- Client facing with a proven track record in working well under pressure
- Sound knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors etc.
- Tier 2 / T3 experience will be highly regarded
- A clear display of longevity throughout your career (minimum 3 years at current / previous businesses.
- Ability to lead and performance manage a large construction team to achieve agreed outcome.
