A bit about your role

The Solution Architect – Channels & Integration role sits within SEO’s Architecture & Delivery team (A&D) accountable for system technology architecture and strategy for SEO. The Architecture team within A&D is accountable for nbn’s Systems Architecture landscape and E2E solution design, from the conceptual business asks to the operations handover - working with the rest of SEO A&D and SEO DevSecOps functions.

As part of the IT Channel & Integration Architecture team, you will play a key role providing both reference architecture for the Channels & Integration enablement function as well as E2E Solution Architecture for specific Value Stream initiatives (Portfolio Epics).

A key aspect of this role is to leverage partnerships with delivery, business, and technology partners to define patterns and tools and ensure adoption across the organization in support of the Channels & Integration Architecture roadmap and strategy.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate is a person who has a strong background in Telco OSS/BSS and / or IT Software architecture with optional experience in delivery management and scaled agile practises.

Preferably, you have excellent problem solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder manager skills as well as being security aware and experienced with agile and DevSecOps principles.

A successful candidate must have hands on experience with REST API Design and Development and ideally, specific knowledge and experience on in-scope systems and domain/process knowledge in the following areas is preferred: Telco assurance or fulfilment process, Cloud native architectures and technologies, e.g. AWS and Process frameworks (eTOM, TAM, ITIL, BPMN, etc.)
