The role will be based in New South Wales (NSW) or Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and will be a home office-based role.Position responsibilities will include:Creating and developing brand awareness to increase demand of Bosch trade and industrial products and solutions through presentations and relationship building with key end users onsite and online across NSW and the ACT.Converting end user organisations to the Bosch brand with a targeted approach to grow profitable salesDemonstrating Bosch brand points of difference that will deliver long-term brand loyaltyEducating and converting training organisations and their attendees onto Bosch products and solutions QualificationsWe are looking for a talented individual who possesses superb entrepreneurial skills, who loves questioning the status quo, challenging themselves and those around them and most of all; a proven leader in everything they do. You need to be proactive, self-driven and flexible, who can work towards KPI’s and deliver on all aspects of customer management, along with the natural ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.To be considered for this position you should be able to demonstrate:Proven background in B2C Sales or Account ManagementStrong Planning, Presentation and Sales & Negotiation skillsExcellent attention to detail, self-discipline & self-development mindsetSheer determination to succeed, great work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM programsA valid and current Australian Driver’s licenseOther desirable attributes:.Trade qualified background in Engineering, Building, Construction, Manufacturing or similar fieldWhite card AccreditationHardware or Trade experienceUnderstanding of Business Acumen, Conflict Management and Power Tools / Trades knowledge Additional InformationWe recognise that our employees are our greatest asset.
