An opportunity is currently available for a Business Development Specialist to join a leading eLearning Solutions provider on a F/T - permanent basis.
The Company:
Operating for the last 25 years, this organisation employs over 1200 individuals nationally, and are one of Australia's largest RTO's. The eLearning arm of the business specialises in bespoke content development, learning management systems technology and educational consultancy services. A team culture that is second to none!
The Role:
You will be responsible for achieving the sales objectives for a suite of online learning products targeted at the Australian vocational education and training sector and the commercial sector. I must stress this a 'WARM' B2B sales role and you will play a key role converting warm leads into confirmed deals.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management - Establish and build top level client partnerships, selling and negotiating high value contracts with senior level executives within major organisations.
- Track prospects in the Salesforce CRM with a view to closing sales and maintaining new business leads.
- Build a solid pipeline of opportunities endorsed by the business via existing account relationships, developing relationships within the education sector, referrals and from trade shows.
- Demonstrated experience in sales within a client/stakeholder solution-focused setting.
- B2B Sales / Business Development expertise
- Capability in planning, leading and executing successful sales management processes
- Excellent at tracking CRM reports via Salesforce.
- Excellent listening and Communications skills
