Sommeliers - Botswana Butchery Melbourne

We are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant looking for a great team of sommeliers to join our group. We are looking for charismatic, energetic and friendly people who can manage wine sales, pass on you knowledge, and have fun while they are doing it!

Ideally, WSET or CMS certification is a plus, however if you have a positive, friendly and can-do attitude then we are more than willing to train the right candidates. We offer competitive wages and tips, as well as plenty of room for growth and development within the company.

In this role, you will work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to ensure the integration of an engaging wine experience for our patrons. You will have previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant environment, be knowledgeable about your craft and passionate to deliver something truly memorable. 

The right candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and is keen to join 'The Dream Team'.
