Our specialist team designs, manages and optimises the integrated services and are critical to the ongoing delivery of clinical services in Western Australia's largest and most digitally enabled public healthcare facility.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the MES Service Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the MES service into the Hospital. The MES Support Officer will primarily assist with the coordination tasks within the portfolio and projects, including scheduling, reporting, purchasing and information collation, monthly billing, and invoicing. This role will be responsible for the creation and receipting of MES Purchase Orders.
What you’ll be doing
• Manage the creation, progression, and closure of Service and Equipment Requests (SERF) for the Managed Equipment Service.
• Support and resolve reconciliation and accrual queries as needed.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders for MES operations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required, including providing backup support to the MES Service Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate and oversee scheduled and reactive maintenance workflows for legacy medical equipment.
• Assist with project coordination and reporting duties.

• You will show strong initiative and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups as is necessary.
• You are a respectful professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.
• Demonstrated purchasing experience
• Ability to create, improve and accurately maintain registers to allow efficient and effective access to information
• Ability to build relationships and establish personal credibility to consistently deliver high quality and efficient customer service
• A resilience to work in a fast paced, multitask environment
• Financial exposure desirable
