Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer that are enjoying considerable growth in the ANZ region. To help support this growth with best in class planning, they are looking for an S&OP Manager to link the Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics functions of the business. This is a newly created role to support the executive level team.
About the role
As S&OP Manager, you will be managing the logistics team and will be responsible for intergrating functions across the business, including; planning, sales, finance and supply chain. You will have two direct reports in this role.
Duties
- Forecasting – Demand and Supply on selective business portfolios.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including planning, logistics, sales, and other cross business functions.
- To provide an effective line of communication between major stakeholders internally
- Data integrity of planning parameters.
- Weekly reporting and Stock/inventory reconciliation.
- Run and present S&OP/IBP processes and initiatives throughout the business.
- Experience in similar positions – understanding of end-to-end supply chain, procurement and planning.
- Demand and Supply planning exposure in a FMCG environment is beneficial.
- Strong system knowledge and skills (SAP,EXCEL)
- Highly analytical aptitude and ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
