We are seeking a positive, energetic, self-motivated and experienced Sous Chef and Pizza Chef to join our team at 3030 Boulevard.
Our Restaurant is right on the water and has just undergone an extensive renovation. 3030 Boulevard will be re-launched in November 23' and is set to be the beachside venue in the western suburbs.
In both positions you will work alongside our Head Chef to manage all back-of-house operations. Working with senior staff you will help adopt a positive and safe working environment at all time. You will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the kitchen, overseeing other kitchen staff to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers. Sous Duties- Maintaining food standards
- Training kitchen staff to ensure ongoing improvements
- Monitor seasonality and the availability of ingredients
- Make sure that all staff adhere to HACCP regulations to ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen
- Control stock levels and ordering
