WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Working closely with the Executive Chef you will create a dinning experience to remember. With food sourced fresh daily to complement our award winning wine and beer, we look to create a dining experience that keeps people coming back.

• You’ll have a passion for food – using your experience and knowledge you will prepare and present a premium food offering across the restaurant, functions, weddings, room service and cellar door
• You’ll be a trendsetter – working closely with the Executive Chef, you will assist in creating inspiring seasonal menus 
• You’ll be a leader – being a mentor for the kitchen team, you will lead by example and empower innovation and creativity 
• You’ll have an eye for detail – you will ensure high presentation standards are met and keep the kitchen clean and tidy
• You’ll be resilient – working well under pressure in a fast paced environment, you will ensure smooth and efficient service
• You’ll be a team player – using strong communication skills you will build rapport with both kitchen and FOH staff to create a high functioning team
• You’ll be reliable – work across a 7 day roster, including nights and weekends
