Job Description: As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen's success, ensuring the delivery of outstanding dining experiences while working a sought after Hospitality Roster with no late nights and the majority of shifts during lunch and early dinnerThe Company: The restaurant is a culinary gem, celebrated for its innovative cuisine, stylish ambience, and commitment to excellence. You will also have the ability to run a successful service in the absence of the Head Chef.Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication skills to lead and guide the kitchen brigade.
• An ability to take direction and work collaboratively with the culinary team.
• A passion for teaching, learning and sharing your culinary knowledge.
• Proven experience in a high-end restaurant kitchen.
• Previous Mediterranean cuisine experience a bonus
