Your Role
- Live on island, full time permanent position
- Cafeteria Style setting - Lunch and dinner service
- Work to achieve consistent high standards of food quality and production
- Maintain Hamilton Island’s consistent standards of excellence
- Flexible start times
About You
- Atleast Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (Essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential)
- Bulk cooking experience (desireable)
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
