Are you a skilled and passionate culinary artisan seeking an exhilarating opportunity to flaunt your expertise? We're on the hunt for a seasoned Sous Chef with a flair for creativity and a background in crafting international tapas to join our team at our distinguished Rooftop Pool and Bar venue.
The Role
As Sous Chef in one of our world class dining outlets, you will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, your responsibilities will be training and mentoring the team on cooking techniques, food presentation and kitchen procedures and leading the team in the Head Chefs absence.
About You
- Formal trade qualification in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in International Tapas and menu creation.
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and culinary trends.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management ability to handle multiple priorities effectively including coordinating with the Front of House staff.
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes.
- A working understanding of and ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP.
