About the Role
As our Regional Manager Southwest, you will report to the CEO as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for providing leadership, growth and management of designated programs and services to ensure the highest quality of clinical care is given to our programs. You will have oversight of the Clinical Governance functions of the Southwest programs as you work with the Clinical Governance Committee to ensure compliance.
You will travel the Southwest region (and our Peel programs/ sites at times), as you remain connected and engaged with your teams. You will initially be based in our Busselton Office; however this will likely change to a Bunbury base once our programs grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support growth, business development, and addressing the business needs identified by GP down south.
- Maintain a focus on clinical excellence across the region.
- Supervise care delivery and coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team, to achieve optimal client outcomes within resource constraints and compliance requirements.
- Plan and manage regional and departmental budgets in consultation with other executive team members.
- Assess workplace culture and implementing actions to support positive culture maintenance.
- Manage Human Resources within the region to forecast future workforce requirements and develop and implement strategies accordingly.
About You
- Qualifications and experience relevant to health service management at a senior level.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent body
- Proven track record of achieving strategic objectives and managing operational plans.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Business acumen with a solid understanding of financial management and governance principles.
- Deep understanding of Australia’s health reform agenda
- Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence
- Pre-employment Health Declaration
- National Police Clearance
- Working With Children Check WA
- Exceptional communication skills with internal stakeholders with a demonstrated ability to build and develop relationships and a strong team culture.
