Regional Sales Manager - Pumps & Valves - Multinational Oem (Hybrid Role)

A Multinational Manufacturer of Pumps, Valves and Aftermarket Service to The Australian Mining & Oil & Gas Industry. Suppling onsite expertise and turnkey project delivery across the Nation.

• 120-140k + Car + Super (negotiable) 

A Hybrid role has been created for a Regional Sales Manager for Perth to work autonomously, furthering our ability to serve and provide solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Advice on Pumps, Valves & Aftermarket Service to Consultants and End Users.
• Work from home, the road and from the office. Manage your time - your way. Results focused role. 
• Develop New Business Opportunities for long term project wins. 
• Work autonomously and grow your client base with full trust and support. 
• Work closely with the Managing Director to develop strategies for business improvement. 
• Driving and mentoring new technical staff. 
• Sell an OEM product, no quick wins expected. 

Skills: 

• You have a solid level of Mining or Oil & Gas Industry Sales experience selling Rotating equipment, Valves, Controls or Pumping Solutions OR 
• High level mechanical technician or fitting experience with the drive to move into a client facing role
• Previous experience selling to Mining customers or Oil & Gas EPCS with proven sales track record is excellent. 
• You demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised with ability to provide reports. 
• You will be a straight up and honest person with energy and drive
• You may seek a change from a high level red tape / reporting culture to a results driven team who greatly value work / life balance. 
• Trade qualifications or the technical acumen to interpret and solve problems onsite. 
• The confidence and professionalism to to consult with engineers and clients on complex technical projects. 
• Previous exposure to onsite troubleshooting and complex curve analysis, ideal. 
• Professional communication skills.
• The want to move into a role where you will be trusted and made to feel like a significant part of the companies growth.
