Job description
The Sovereign Manager has the responsibility of delivering service excellence within the premium gaming areas, collaborating with all stakeholders to raise service standards, positively influencing the Premium Member Guest Experience and Visitation. The role includes taking ownership of the environment, ensuring consistency in presentation, and maintaining the highest quality of amenities and atmosphere.
The Sovereign Manager will also lead the Premium Services Guest Relations Managers to ensure that they provide an exceptional in-room hosting experience for guests. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and take the next step in your career at The Star.
What are we looking for?
Current SELS casino license
Proven track record providing exceptional front-line 5-star customer service
Effective coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to influence and motivate team members and guests
Maturity, strong cultural awareness and a high level of confidentiality and integrity
