This role is to provide an exceptional level of customer service to our customers at a National level. This position involves preparing quotations, quotation follow up, processing sales orders and providing updates on order status. The role also assists other areas within the department such as Spare Parts despatch, stock control & procurement as required.The Role:
Reporting to the National Spare Parts Manager duties include:
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing a high level of responsiveness and quality service to customers predominately by phone and email
- Ensure customer requests are dealt with efficiently and professionally
- Process customer quotations in a timely manner & accurate content
- Process customer orders promptly ensuring all supporting documentation attached with SAP for future reference
- Assist customers with any supply discrepancies & coordinate credit proposals as required
- Coordinate & quote urgent next flight requests for priority deliveries
- Liaising with customers regarding part number replacement or availability
- Liaise with suppliers to assist with part number identification and pricing
- Engage assistance from service technicians / help desk for part number identification.
- Quoting & Processing Spare Parts packages.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude,
- SAP experience,
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service,
- Intermediate MS Office,
- Previous Spare Parts experience highly regarded,
- Previous product experience
- Previous ERP system
