CSG Talent have partnered with a global manufacturer who have an excellent reputation for quality and innovation. They are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to support their warehouse operation near Tullamarine. They have been established for over 50 years and employ over 5,000 people globally and are currently experience of a large degree of growth due to their strong position in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with picking, packing, and all administration of Spare Parts on a daily basis
- Provide support to Spare Parts controller when needed
- Ensure received stock aligns with purchase orders and vendor documentation
- Inspect and report any damaged goods/packaging to vendors and coordinators
- General warehouse duties - loading & unloading trucks, making local deliveries, cleaning etc.
- Escalate issues with freight (delays, missing or damaged ) to the responsible freight forwarder to investigate
Skills and Experience
- MUST have Forklift License
- Good computer skills. Ability to update spreadsheets, booking courier services etc
- Experience of SAP and MS Outlook would be highly advantageous
- Must have full working rights
- Strong administration experience within a warehouse
- Great communication skills with clients and vendors
