We are seeking a passionate and results-driven billing Team Leader to oversee our recruitment consultants while being responsible for building their own desk . The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving individual and team performance, ensuring the achievement of targets are met, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
 
What you will need to succeed:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

   Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and grow existing and new business 
• End-to end recruitment 
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting effective 1:1's.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business strategies.
