Established in 1908 Bedeschi S.p.A is today one of the oldest European companies specializing in the creation of turn-key solutions for Bulk Material Handling, Container Logistics and Brick fabrication facilities. Bedeschi Australia opened late 2022 with a very experienced Execution and Service team servicing clients in the Mining, Port and Agricultural industries.Our product range includes, but is not limited to, Ship Loaders, Ship Un-loaders, Stackers, Reclaimers, Port Cranes, Conveyors, etc. that find applications in many different industries such as coal, iron ore and other minerals, grain and food related materials and fertilizers.The Bedeschi Aftermarket Team is providing Spare Parts, Field Service and Offsite Repairs to our customers with internal Engineering support.With a growing business in Australia, we now require a Spare Parts Interpreter to support the Aftermarket Team.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in Aftermarket Spare Parts in the Mining Industry (Mining Equipment OEM preferred).
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Capable to read drawings and bill of materials
- Verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Be part of an Aftermarket team that is diverse and has more than 10 year's experience in supporting Mining Companies. Sparts parts portfolio consists of: Fabrication parts in-house and external suppliers, Off-the-shelf parts, Mechanical parts, Consumables, Repair projects and more.
- Interpret and manage Customer inquiries.
- Costing/Pricing/Establishment of Proposals.
- Proposal preparation and presentation of proposal documents to internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation of Prices, Scopes and Terms with Customers.
- Execution of assigned Spare Parts orders.
