The Opportunity:
Yarrawong Ford is currently seeking a full time Spare Parts & Service receptionist to join their dealership in Yarrawonga.
THE ROLE: The role will include all facets of reception and office administration pertaining to the service and spare departments of a motor vehicle dealership. Working within the fast paced service department, reporting to the Service Manager, this position is the first contact for all face to face, email & telephone enquiries. Customer service skills are essential in this position as is a high level of organisational skills. You will be working with the Service Manager and General Manager to ensure all customer concerns & administration processes are carried out to the highest standards.
General responsibilities for this role will include but not restricted to the following:
- Greeting customers & answering the telephone in a prompt professional manner & taking messages when required
- Data entry
- Maintaining internal & external customer data bases
- Payments, invoicing and receipting
- Filing & archiving records
- Maintaining cleanliness of the reception & customer waiting areas
- Communicating to Management & Colleagues
- General administration duties

- Good computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and follow oral and written instruction with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
