The Role
Reporting to theSpatial Information Services Coordinator and based in Windsor NSW, the purposeof the role is to maintain, regularly update and improve the overall integrityof Council’s Spatial Information and Property Information whilst working in ateam environment .
About You
You will have demonstratedexperience in Spatial Information operations and maintenance. You will have excellentinterpersonal and communication skills and have previous experience in use ofmainstream Spatial Information software packages. You will be self motivated inorder to manage and deliver workload and have excellent customer serviceskills.
Essential Criteria
- Diploma Spatial Information Services or equivalentexperience
- Demonstrated experience in the operation andmaintenance of Spatial Information Systems with preference to Local Governmentwork
- Knowledge and understanding of Local GovernmentProperty Systems
- Well-developed oral and written communicationskills, including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Desirable experience
- An understanding of the NSW Land Registry Servicestitle and plan system
- Experience with Technology One Local GovernmentSoftware (Property & Rating, ECM, Works & Assets) or equivalent LocalGovernment Software
