Our client is a large, reputable law firm with a well-established client base and a fabulous culture! They are looking to add an experienced property lawyer to their growing, busy team.
This an exciting opportunity to work closely with principals at the firm, as part of the leadership team, taking on an existing workload, while being supported to grow your client base. You will be involved in the full gamut of property law, ranging from the sale and purchase of residential property, to complex property development and leasing transactions, acting for developers, investors, financiers, and government bodies.
You will be an experienced property lawyer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience acquired from a well-regarded law firm or inhouse. It could be that you are feeling “stuck” working at a large firm without a clear progression path or perhaps you are a principal with your own practice, but are missing the structure, resources and support of a larger firm?
The firm has a fantastic, collegiate work culture with no silos or barries between individual practice groups. They encourage marketing activities and have a BD manager, so you will be well supported to build your own practice, which flows from the owners down!
