Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Establish and drive alignment on key performance indicators for key product categories.
- Support ranging related systems and processes.
- Co-ordinate key deliverables from all stakeholders in the range preparation process in a timely manner and drive adherence to key milestones for each product season.
- Assist in driving an integrated CTC process by collecting comprehensive CTC packages from all category managers.
- Create Market Sell-In tools (Catalogues, inputs, brief, production, tracking, etc) in close collaboration with the BUs and Countries (budget, development and delivery).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting in creation, validation, reporting and alignment of line list.
- Develop understanding and provide support to relevant IT applications
- Ad hoc reporting to support, direct and ensure transparency of all agreed targets and KPI’s.
- Financial reporting to support key milestones
- Analysis of range outputs such as forecasting, Volume, Net Sales, ASP, Margin for Brand Director
- Support in timely and quality handover of seasonal CTC packages to country Marketing and sales teams.
- Coordination for internal handover meetings. Plan and execute Market seasonal launches, including any bespoke launches required for key account.
- Support in reviewing the markets’ customer channel segmentation on a periodic basis to ensure ranges/products are assigned to the most appropriate distribution channels.
- Support in Sample coordination, arrival into warehouse, distribution and reporting and staff sales.
- Analysis of sample costs. Monitor, analyse and develop a plan to improve the current costs, recovery and process.
- Support in catalogue creation process. Collecting images, compiling key pages, and distributing within timelines.
- Support the CTC team with systems issues and reporting and any ad hoc requests.
KPIs:
- Adherence to defined timelines, completeness of content delivered.
- Project delivery: agreed timelines, budgets and impact assessed.

Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors in related field required.
- Industry – Ideally in sporting goods / apparel / fashion / shoes or FMCG.
- Strong quantitative skills – margin analysis / forecasting / budgeting / pricing.
- Good People Skills
- Experience in strategic planning and project / process management.
