Contract Manager Specialist
The Contract Manager sits in our Procurement team and is focused on analysing markets, building market intelligence, and developing and implementing action plans to ensure best practice contract management practices.
Procurement Specialist
The Procurement & Category Manager reports to the Head of Procurement and sits in our Commercial & Digital team.
Category Specialist
You will join a team of specialists who will partner with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver strategic category management and sourcing plans across the contract life cycle to generate sustainable value for the client.
Essential Criteria
Contract Manager
- Experience in contract management, including implementing strategies, negotiation, and assisting in the development of policies, procedures, and systems
- Experience leading a team and building a high performing culture.
- Experience in overseeing contract management budget allocation and monitoring expenditure so that accurate and appropriate spending is achieved
- The ability to review and develop contract management policies, guidelines and resources
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, particularly in conjunction with onboarding new suppliers.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with P2P and S2C processes, commodities and supply chain management.
- Experience leading a team and building a high performing culture.
- Knowledge and experience in interpreting and applying contract management principles.
- Strong Negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
- Experience in developing new systems and procedures to facilitate the implementation of strategic procurement initiatives.
- Experience with Engaging and consulting with internal stakeholders to understand medium to long-term business requirements and translate these to strategic category management plans.
- Ability to Develop procurement category and sourcing strategy options by analysing markets, building market intelligence, and developing and implementing action plans.
- Experience with Engaging and collaborating with strategic sourcing function to gather category requirements.
- Ability to Monitor and report on supplier performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive measures to address identified issues.
