Position:SPECIALIST SHIFT RELIEF SUPERVISOR
Location: CQ Area
Position Description: Our Southern Bowen Basin team is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Supervisor to cover permanent supervisors on various sites. Previous supervisory experience with CHPP and or Field preferred.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Supervise general maintenance/down days and project works on client sites
- Assuring jobs meet our client's expectations and the expectations of the Project Manager
- Optimise the efficiency and quality of personnel and facilities
- Ensure that the relevant work area's reports, routines, and records are prepared
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
Tickets & Attributes required for the role:
- Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical
- Relevant Trade Qualification - Mechanical or Structural
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Gas Test Atmospheres
- S123 & G2
- Attention to detail at the highest level
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Being able to manage your time effectively
- Experience in mining demonstrated
- A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred
