About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced safety focused Mechanical Supervisors for ongoing positions in the Pilbara Region. This role will be within a fast-passed environment. The ability to be flexible and adapt to a proactive / reactive workplace is a must. With a negotiable roster on offer for the right candidate. We are keen to hear from individuals with the below personal attributes and skill set.

- Develop relationships with client representatives to enable strong communication lines
Skills & Experience
- Strong commitment to Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
- Previous Supervisory mining experience with references
- Proven ability in developing & maintaining risk assessments and project execution documentation including time-sheets and job completion reports.
- Excellent organisational, planning & time management skills for self and work group
- Overseeing teams of approx. 6-12 personnel.
- Intermediate computer experience with MS Office packages
- Australian Trade Certificate background – Mechanical/Fabrication
- Section 44 Supervisory Training (Appointed Persons)
- Current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s License
- National Police Clearance
- All applicants must have the right to work in Australia
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
- Rio Tinto Inductions-preferred or be willing to obtain
- Anglo Gold Inductions-preferred or be willing to obtain
