The Role
- Monitor KPI trends (Conversion/Win Rate, Percentage Orders Specified, Specified Conversion/Win Rate)
- Grow existing accounts as well as bring on new business by introducing new products and services.
- Assist in working on strategic relationships offering long-term business opportunities. Provide monthly reports/update such relationships.
- Attend sales and project meetings, trade nights and customer social interactions.
- Customer education, ordering and application advice transfer including liaison with the customer service team.
Skills & Experience Needed
- 3 + years’ experience in Account or Sales Management in Construction is advantageous, specifically with Roofing or Cladding backgrounds.
- Ability to engage and probe customers to ensure their true needs are determined and provide optimal solutions.
- Highly autonomous
- Knowledge of commonly used building concepts in construction.
- Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting.
- Understanding the sales cycle with the ability to close smaller sales.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent computer literacy including CRM Systems.
- Current Australian Driver’s License.
Salary and Benefits
- Base $100,000 - $120,000
- Additional superannuation
- Company Vehicle
- Commission on top.
