Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based speech pathology interventions to clients of all ages.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide therapy services to clients with various communication and swallowing disorders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of speech pathology.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification.
Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility for registration.
Experience in working with clients across the lifespan and a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
