Requirements:
Passion and experience in working with people living with disabilities.
Reliability and strong work ethic.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, collaborate, negotiate, and facilitate activities with diverse individuals and groups.
Ability to work both independently and harmoniously within a team.
Familiarity with NDIS practice standards and funding models is advantageous.
Proficiency in managing a diverse clinical caseload.
Provide efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of services at participant's homes, schools, or in clinics as best suited to the participant's needs.
Exemplary time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in computer literacy and cloud-based software.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Have a current ABN or are willing to obtain one.
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current registration and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license for mobile services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, generate reports, and deliver therapy to NDIS participants of diverse ages and disabilities.
Collaborate as an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team working towards common goals.
Effectively manage non-clinical time to ensure the prompt and professional completion of letters, reports, and phone calls.
Manage a varied caseload, serving NDIS participants of various ages, skills, and disabilities.
