About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver Speech Pathology clinical services within a multidisciplinary team, in accordance with prescribed ethical, professional and work unit standards.
- Exercise professional clinical judgement and apply clinical evidence to practice when providing Speech Pathology clinical services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification.
- Contribute to effective team dynamics as well as client and stakeholder relationships utilising well developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Support the operation of the speech pathology clinical service by performing the required administrative duties, including recording accurate activity data.
