About The Role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you'll work with a varied caseload covering AAC, speech, language, literacy, social communication, neuro, orofacial myology, feeding, and work readiness. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, psychologists, and support staff to deliver tailored therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for children and adults.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans to meet client needs.
- Mentor new graduates and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with therapy assistants for resource development and session preparation.
- Participate in regular professional development sessions and supervision.
