AddressThe ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types.
The type of assessments and interventions you will provide include:
- Communication Assessments
- Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
- Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments
- Ongoing therapy
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and ORS offices.
You will have access to administration and IT support, high quality and validated Speech Pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation as well as career progression.

Learning and Development

Graduate Programs
If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
A few requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to acquire one for client facing roles (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
