What’s the role?
- Independent management of SP case load including assessment and intervention
- Prescription of equipment and home modifications
- Engagement with key stakeholders including support workers, families, and schools to support SP intervention
- Comprehensive functional assessments and reporting
- Working within a team whilst building and nurturing personal case load and professional profile.
Is this the right role for you?
- At least 1 year experience
- Independent management of SP case load
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Clearance & Working with Children's check
- Current Australian Driver's License
