• Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of computer literacy.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and set priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing adult clients with acquired swallowing and communication disorders in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement.
• Current unrestricted drivers licence (P2 minimum) and willingness to travel for work purposes.
