Join Our Kickstart Program:
Embark on a transformative journey in your career by joining our Kickstart program launching in August 2024. We're seeking motivated individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to make a meaningful impact in the NDIS sector.
What You'll Get:
- Competitive base salary + $14.4K vehicle allowance + superannuation

Your Role
- Work with NDIS participants and their networks – health professionals, agencies, families, and carers to understand a person’s needs and define their goals
- Provide evidence-based assessments, services and recommendations to people in their homes and in community environments (and in Superyou clinic locations, where necessary)
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team of Superyou clinicians to share knowledge and ideas
- Contribute to exciting new initiatives to innovate Superyou’s service and continuously improve the client experience
- Make a lasting, meaningful difference in people’s lives
What you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualifications in your relevant field
- Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children’s Check
- Registration with SPA
- First Aid Certification
