AddressMcArthur is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a dynamic team at a leading Australian retailer. This temporary (immediate start) role offers an exciting opportunity to support high-level executives at a leading Australian retailer.
What you'll do:
- Master and manage calendar schedules, emails, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and events, crafting agendas, presentations, and clear minutes.
- Compose professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
- Build positive relationships by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive image.
- Contribute to a safe and positive work environment.
What you'll bring:
- You thrive as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while the pressure is on.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a clear police check.
