Ugly baby is presented by award-winning Perth hospitality operator, Nokturnl; the team who brought you The Old Synagogue / Tonic + Ginger, The Beaufort / Lotus and South Perth’s exciting new venue, The Station / Ludo.
We are seeking a Full Time and a Casual chef to assist in running this 160 seats mediterranean restaurant lead by Head Chef, Michael Antonievich (Former Head chef at Servo in Perth as well as many experiences in Perth and Sydney including Bennelong restaurant) .
You'll be working alongside an experienced and passionate team to deliver dishes from a wide range of cuisines across lunch and dinner

Key skill requirements...
- Ability to lead a team
- A love for hospitality
- Passionate about food
- Great hygiene practices
- Being a team player who takes pride in their work
- Punctual and reliable
- Work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen
- Keen eye for presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in Asian cooking techniques is a preferred but not essential
- Wok skill is preferred but not necessary
