- Working in a multidisciplinary team of physios, occupational therapists, Speech Pathologists, and exercise physiologists

- Dedicated support of a large Clinical Governance team who are specialised in certain areas
- Weekly meetings with Clinical Educators and strong links with the research institute & advocate for evidence-based practices
