The Role:
- Based in Osborne Park, WA
- Office, community and hybrid working environments
- Provide client-centered Speech Pathology services, enhancing participation in daily activities.
- Build skills and capacity, addressing barriers to independence.
- Focus on achieving NDIS and personal goals for clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
- Deliver assessments, interventions, and high-quality reports.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to excel in all areas of Speech Pathology.
- Comprehensive induction and training program, including New Graduate support.
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced therapists for skill enhancement.
- Access to extensive resources, assessments, and interventions.
- Professional development opportunities and regular training.
- A collaborative environment for sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Guidance through complex cases and continuous feedback on report writing.
- Earn between $75,000-$85,000 + super + benefits
