About the Role: 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Speech Pathologistwho enjoys working with adults/children to join our team on a full-time basis.

About You

As the successful applicant, you will be an empathetic and skilled Speech Pathologistthat has:

  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A Qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with SPA
  • Experience working autonomously to provide Speech Pathology consultations
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to adhere to treatment schedules
  • Manage and provide high-quality service to a small, diverse caseload of clients, and carers, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills  
  • Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners (e.g. OT, Speech Pathologist, psychologist, dietitian), demonstrating a capacity to work independently and in a team 
  • Participate in professional development and supervision and mentoring to constantly progress your knowledge and clinical skills (graduates will have access to our L.E.A.D Program)
  • Contribute to team culture and success with your proactive, can-do approach and high-level initiative 
  • Uphold company policies, procedures and values

  • Grade 2 - Speech Pathologistwith Adult/Paediatric experience and/or Community Experience
