About the Role:
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist for a dynamic Paediatric Private Practice in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates to begin their career with a highly supportive team, or for experienced clinicians to progress their career with the support of a strong leadership team. We also welcome Speech Pathologist's with 1-2 years experience who are looking for a career change into paediatrics to apply. The right candidate will have strong foundational Speech Pathology skills, and be passionate about working with children.
This is an exciting role that offers a varied paediatric caseload, servicing children with autism, behavioural difficulties, developmental delay, anxiety/depression and sensory processing difficulties. In this role you will assess and implement strengths-based therapy plans to support children and families to achieve their goals. Treatment will take place predominately within the clinic, as well as the community such as the child's home and school.
Develop your paediatric skillset with regular supervision and coaching sessions that will ensure you are equipped to deliver quality intervention services. Enjoy working in a Private Practice team that offers you administrative and clinical support, which will help you provide clients with the best level of service.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
- Tertiary Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Open to applicants requiring sponsorship
- Passion for working with children
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrates a good work ethic and takes pride in work
- Drive to learn and develop as a professional
- Current drivers licence and vehicle
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
