About the position:
This role is designed for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is ready to take their career to the next level by stepping into a fulfilling and exciting leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in supervising and mentoring junior staff members. Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload with 15-20 billable hours per week, primarily NDIS paediatric and adult clients, and executing management tasks to support the growing team of Speech Pathologists.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- 4+ years relevant postgraduate experience
- SPA membership
