As a Team Leader (Speech Pathologist) you will be putting your exceptional clinical skills to use as you make a difference in the lives of your clients and foster the development of others within the broader team. You will...
- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to staff members
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Deliver much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
About You

- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Experience delivering services under the NDIS
- Experience in providing training and clinical supervision to other Speech Pathologists
- A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
