What you will be doing
Provide evidence-based therapeutic assessment and intervention services to a mixed caseload (children through to adults) in a variety of settings (home, clinic, school, telehealth).
Review therapeutic progress to continually refine goals and modify intervention to meet the needs of the individual
Participate in team meetings and projects to support our holistic and collaborative culture.
How you will be supported
With a comprehensive 100 day onboarding program, you will receive the skills and knowledge you need to perform your role. Get access to regular external professional supervision – tailored to YOUR needs, and learn skills from a multidisciplinary team through case discussions and joint training sessions. Additionally, you will be allocated a generous Professional Development budget to pursue and upskill in areas of Speech Pathology that interest you, with ample opportunities for Career progression should you wish.

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle
