Aged Care Speech Pathologist- Full Time Or Part Time

Position Title:           Full-Time  or Part-Time Speech Pathologist 

Responsible to:       Speech Pathology National Manager

Location:                 Ipswich +/- Toowoomba 

As a leading Aged Care service provider, Food Solutions Diet Consultants provides Dietetic and Speech Pathology services to Aged Care facilities and community clients across Australia. 

Established in 2003, Food Solutions is a company dedicated to providing professional and superior service. Our team of Speech Pathologists and Dietitians works closely to achieve the best clinical outcomes for our clients.

Due to further business expansion, we are currently seeking expressions of interest from enthusiastic Speech Pathologists to work full or Part-time across the Ipswich region.  You will report to the Speech Pathology Manager and work closely with our dynamic team. You will have the flexibility to manage your workload and choose the desired days/hours to work during the week. We are looking for someone who is:

• Innovative and enthusiastic,
• An excellent communicator,
• Able to manage a caseload independently using high level organisation and time management skills,
• Genuinely interested in Aged Care

Ideally, the successful applicant will demonstrate the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with an adult case load with proven ability with dysphagia management**
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Current Qld Driver's Licence and own vehicle
• Minimum Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent
• Certified Practicing Speech Pathology Australia membership
• Current valid police certificate
