About Us:
Eat Talk Play is a clinician-owned and operated allied health practice based in Erina, on the NSW Central Coast, serving clients aged 0-6 years. Eat Talk Play Plus is a community-based service supporting clients and students transitioning into primary school and beyond. About the Role:
We are seeking a speech pathologist who is enthusiastic about both clinic and community-based therapy. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based services across various settings and work collaboratively with families and educators to ensure they receive the most appropriate support to achieve their goals.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or equivalent (minimum) and membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Current Working with Children Check (for employment).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Medicare Provider number eligibility.
- Ability to think and work flexibly.
- High level of autonomy and initiative
- A playful mindset and enjoyment of play-based therapy.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Drivers license and own transportation
Qualities and Skills:
- Demonstrated care, compassion, and connection with people of different abilities.
- Experience in and understanding of multidisciplinary approaches to working with children with a disability.
- Ability to assess and support children with communication disorders and disabilities.
- Outstanding written communication skills, including high-quality written reports and the ability to maintain client records using practice management software.
- Competency in using computer software programs for tasks such as emailing, invoicing, note writing, and report writing.
- Ability to perform off-site consultations to collaborate with families, educators, and teachers, and to complete observations required for assessment and reporting.
- Responsibility for autonomously managing workload while working in a team environment.
- A demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.
- Engagement in peer-to-peer mentoring and sharing outcomes of professional development with team members.
- Experience in paediatric settings is preferred; passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply.
