What we offer

• Supervision: speech pathology specific peer supervision and team supervision using a systemic framework.

• Allocated time for admin which will vary depending on your experience.

The role 

This role is for a Speech Pathologist (preferably 2+ years of experience, however we are willing to hear from you if you feel you are the right fit) with a passion for working with the LGBTIQAP+ and neurodivergent communities.

• The successful applicant will be carrying out formal and informal communication assessment using a neurodiversity affirming approach. You will be able to formulate holistically and provide a range of interventions to work towards client centred/family centred goals.
• The successful applicant will understand the impact mental health has on communication and the impact communication differences or difficulties have on mental health.
• The successful applicant will also have an interest or experience in working with trans, gender diverse or non binary on gender affirming voice and communication goals.
• You will be working within a multidisciplinary private practice.
• We are a values-based practice, bringing together people from different professional backgrounds to work systemically with our clients.
