Applications are invited for a full-time, term-time Sports Coordinator (Water Polo/Swimming). The position works within a dynamic and passionate team to develop, promote and coordinate the College's sport programs.
- Full-time, Term-time, Continuing (with an additional 4 weeks a year)
- Will be required to work Saturdays during Water Polo season.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Aiding in the development, promotion, coordination and operation of programs to a high standard catering for students of all skill levels.
- Coordinate the registration process and team allocation for each sport
- Work collaboratively with the Sports Team to ensure the cohesive and efficient operation of the College’s sport programs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, service and achievements of students
- This role will primarily coordinate the College Water Polo and Swimming programs, however, will be required to assist in other areas as needed.

- Demonstrated personal resilience and an ability to work in a demanding role
- An understanding and appreciation of the challenges and problems associated with the management of a diverse inter-school sporting program
- The ability to organise others in a supportive and positive manner and to communicate clearly information relating to sporting fixtures and venues
- Experience in Water Polo is desirable
