AddressMOJO is seeking to engage a volunteer HR Recruitment Director to oversee and shape the Recruitment space at the network. This will be done through diligent supervision and guidance of the HR Recruitment team. The role works closely with the HR Experience department as well as the Chief Operating Officer.
It is a part of the Senior Leadership Team which exists to constantly better our product and processes. This role offers a unique leadership opportunity while gaining real industry experience. The role is suited for someone with excellent communication and availability to monitor the various required tasks regularly.
In order to perform this role effectively, you will be required to learn the network, all its roles and their requirements in order to be able to recruit for the various roles. This role requires possession or acquisition of a Blue Card.
