Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Spray Painter and Panel Beater to join the Waverley Forklifts team, at out site in Mt Waverley VIC.

The Role:
As part of our Service Team, the Spray Painter is responsible for carrying out a range of painting activities on our materials handling fleet to a high quality standard. This role involves the following core duties and functions:
- Painting of all types of Material Handling Equipment and components in a timely manner and to a very high quality standard
- Undertake a wide range of paint preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Focused on maintaining a clean and safe working environment and working safely within company and statutory WH&S guidelines
The Right Person for the Role:
The role will suit an experienced tradesperson who prides themselves on quality workmanship, and delivering an outstanding service to the team.
Specifically you display the following:
- Must have a suitable trade qualification and minimum 3 years experience
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of machinery, forklifts or construction equipment highly regarded, but not essential
- Problem solving ability and strong initiative
- Able to work successfully both within a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision, as required
